So what's the procedure:

1. You pay for your domain name, usually at the rate of $11. You can do this yourself, but if you can't, I will still be able to help. At this stage you must have a domain name in mind, and must be able to check online if it's available for registration.
2. After you have gotten your domain name, you simply make your order, and then send me the details of your domain and google accounts. Note that during the process of google account login, you must be available online to assist in verification process that's essential before login. Also, after the whole process is done, you can change your passwords!
3. And voila! Your website becomes online on a top level domain
